The Perfect Spatula I love the JB Prince website and its products. It is really difficult to find a hard spatula and you have them in al sizes. It would be nice if you had one that had a square tip as round tips aren't always optimal.

I was charged for a different amount… I was charged for a different amount than I agreed to pay for the order. After working with Customer Service Rep Ciara, she made the choice to refund shipping fees for the entire order. This amounted to much more than the original discrepancy. Along with the shipping refund, she also provided an explanation as to how the overcharge occurred and informed me that they are taking action to prevent this in the future. Ciara was a wonderful help and she went above and beyond.
