Fresh, high quality and reliable I order from Browne Trading Company roughly every 8 weeks and freeze the seafood in portions for a meal for 2. The fish and shellfish is always fresh and of the highest quality. It arrives on time, and the service is always impeccable from the packing to answers to any questions I might have.

BTC comes through again! Once again, BTC excelled in on-line service, flawless delivery, and product quality. In my experience, fresh fish not procured locally is a risky undertaking, but I never worry with BTC and won't buy from anyone else. This latest order included black cod filets, which were so fresh that, upon opening the wonderful plastic flat tray they were packaged in, I discovered no odor at all -- like the fish had just been caught. Impossible, but BTC does it!
