GBBTC always exceeds expectations BTC always exceeds expectations. I could buy sea scallops locally or at the supermarket, but the difference in quality between BTC's and other sources is like night and day.

GBYour best fish source, bar none. Everything I order from Browne Trading is always fresh, clean, packed with plenty of ice and tastes like I bought it directly from the store. And if ever in Portland, it's a must stop. Beautiful store and many great finds in the gourmet food section! If they are out of a certain fish, I have learned to wait until back in as others do not compare.

GBBeautiful! Arrived on schedule, very fresh! Was ‘kitchen ready’ minus a little work to remove the bloodline. Easy to work with & very tasty!

GBBTC comes through again! Once again, BTC excelled in on-line service, flawless delivery, and product quality. In my experience, fresh fish not procured locally is a risky undertaking, but I never worry with BTC and won't buy from anyone else. This latest order included black cod filets, which were so fresh that, upon opening the wonderful plastic flat tray they were packaged in, I discovered no odor at all -- like the fish had just been caught. Impossible, but BTC does it!

GBIst order Ist order, absolutely incredible. Even the experience of opening and unpacking the cod, sea trout and smoked haddock was a treat. Over the moon the with our purchase. Thank you so much, we had fish pie last night. The flavour and quality is exceptional. Will be spreading the word to all our friends. We will also be recycling the boxes you use as planters. Couldn't be more happy.
