Easy and delicious Our lobsters showed up on time and were the size and quantity ordered. They were very alive and kicking. We steamed them and they were as delicious as one could hope. Our future plans will include more of them.

Delicious Lobsters and top-notch customer service! This is an update to my original review where I chose 3 stars because the lobsters arrived on time and alive but one died before I was able to cook them. I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars because someone from the company contacted me about an hour after my review was posted offering to refund my purchase price or send me a replacement lobster free of charge (even overnight shipping was free). I chose the replacement and received not one but two lobsters. This time both lived and all 4 were delicious! 5 STARS for quality, customer service, and VALUE (best price I found online).

Unequaled quality products. Seamless ordering process. Efficient delivery process. I am a commercial fisherman. I sent your products to commercial fishermen friends. Their response to me was that they could not believe the quality of the products they received. That is live lobsters from maine. Pretty difficult to get that comment from Commercial fishermen from maine.

The Meat Was Tough The meat was tough and the flavor was good except for the thin, red, claw pieces. I'll probably buy more, now and then, even though I rate it as a 3.

Ordered 6 lobsters and 1 was dead when… Ordered 6 lobsters and 1 was dead when it arrived the next day in upstate NY. Also requested an email confirmation receipt but never got one. However, I still may use you again if the need arises.
