GBIt was my first time ordering lobster. It was my first time ordering lobster and accidentally put two orders in. Jenifer at Lobsters on Line gave me a call and cancelled one of my orders. That was really nice, I surely didn’t want to waste those delicious lobsters. Over all it was a new experience for me and my family and it turned out great!! Now I just have to figure out another special event to order more lobsters. Thank you Lobsters Online!!

Their response to me was that they could not believe the quality of the products they received. That is live lobsters from maine. Pretty difficult to get that comment from Commercial fishermen from maine.

GBThis is the place to order your fresh lobsters if you want them next day Placed an order Friday afternoon and received fresh live lobsters next day morning. Lobsters were packed with care in an insulated box. I checked 3 others online lobster shops before I placed my order and found Lobsters Online had to best price.

GBHow can I even remove the one star How can I even remove the one star? Seated formal dinner party - check! Main course- fresh lobsters from expedited, overnight delivery, ordered 5 days prior…. NEVER delivered. After several emails (no phone call) Was nonchalantly told they had a computer glitch. Only received credit back from purchase price and future “discount”, really? Lesson learned: if you decide to order from lobsters-online.com make sure you call to check-up on your order daily. Not good.
