Fresh scallops From the web site and contact from Lobsters.com was excellent . Product arrived on time and the scallops I shipped to a friend and his family where the freshes scallops they ever consumed .. Who use again.. thx for the great company service

How can I even remove the one star How can I even remove the one star? Seated formal dinner party - check! Main course- fresh lobsters from expedited, overnight delivery, ordered 5 days prior…. NEVER delivered. After several emails (no phone call) Was nonchalantly told they had a computer glitch. Only received credit back from purchase price and future “discount”, really? Lesson learned: if you decide to order from lobsters-online.com make sure you call to check-up on your order daily. Not good.

The lobster was great and while it did… The lobster was great and while it did arrive cold, the ice packs were totally thawed so it was close. I would recommend packing it with more ice.

Unexpected Unfortunately, we began cooking the minute we received our lobster so we did not see your correspondence until much later. That being said; the box it was delivered in showed definite signs of abuse rather than care, was torn down the sides and was soaked. Albeit the lobster were alive, I will admit this is the first time I’ve ordered from you, so not packing the lobster in seaweed was unexpected. The lobsters were great! Thank you, Jeffrey

Delicious Lobsters and top-notch customer service! This is an update to my original review where I chose 3 stars because the lobsters arrived on time and alive but one died before I was able to cook them. I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars because someone from the company contacted me about an hour after my review was posted offering to refund my purchase price or send me a replacement lobster free of charge (even overnight shipping was free). I chose the replacement and received not one but two lobsters. This time both lived and all 4 were delicious! 5 STARS for quality, customer service, and VALUE (best price I found online).
