I gave P&D 5 stars for the FIRST part… I gave P&D 5 stars for the FIRST part of the order process, as i just ordered and did not recieve my product yet. They earned the 5 stars for part one bc i made an error in the shipping address... both customer service and online chat corrected it and responded immediately. This relieved the stress i caused as i need this order in time for Easter & it would have been sent back with the address error.

Great response from customer service & a great products. I had already placed order that had shipping charge. I opened e-mail that said there was free shipping. Sent e-mail to customer service asking if this free shipping could apply to order I placed. Within a few hours the shipping charge was taken off my order. Great products and great customer service.
