Sent e-mail to customer service asking if this free shipping could apply to order I placed. Within a few hours the shipping charge was taken off my order. Great products and great customer service. small peaches your order and address process is difficult for someone who is not that technologically savvy. I have ordered before but it must have been by phone I had a bit of confusion changing an address and putting in a new receivers address.
