The man who took my order was truly an… The man who took my order was truly an embarrassment. He was impatient and did not understand simple English. The message that he took to go on the package was full of misspellings and bad punctuation. I had to call back three times in order to make the message legible. The message never was legible. I finally gave up. I was so shocked by your customer service that I went to the review section for your company on Google and was shocked to read the results. I immediately canceled my order. You present a very poor face to your customers. Shame on you.

They deliver what they promise! I love Pittman and Davis. They provide great sales for some of the very best fruits and other items. Love their gift baskets. There shipments are always on time. The best thing about them is they guarantee their merchandise which says they want their customers to be totally delighted with their selections. My 92 yr old Aunt loves their fruits. It was easy to order from the Pittman &… It was easy to order from the Pittman & Davis site. I ordered the cinnamon coffee cake for my mom, as I am sure she will enjoy this. I made a mistake in typing the address info on my order, but customer service was quite helpful to help me fix the mistake.

I gave P&D 5 stars for the FIRST part… I gave P&D 5 stars for the FIRST part of the order process, as i just ordered and did not recieve my product yet. They earned the 5 stars for part one bc i made an error in the shipping address... both customer service and online chat corrected it and responded immediately. This relieved the stress i caused as i need this order in time for Easter & it would have been sent back with the address error.
