The man who took my order was truly an… The man who took my order was truly an embarrassment. He was impatient and did not understand simple English. The message that he took to go on the package was full of misspellings and bad punctuation. I had to call back three times in order to make the message legible. The message never was legible. I finally gave up. I was so shocked by your customer service that I went to the review section for your company on Google and was shocked to read the results. I immediately canceled my order. You present a very poor face to your customers. Shame on you.

Great response from customer service & a great products. I had already placed order that had shipping charge. I opened e-mail that said there was free shipping. Sent e-mail to customer service asking if this free shipping could apply to order I placed. Within a few hours the shipping charge was taken off my order. Great products and great customer service.
