Horrible customer service Been waiting a week for my shipment and all I get when I check the tracking number is that a label had been created but USPS still hasn't received the package after 5 day. They don't answer messages either so looks like I'll be filing a dispute with pay pal. That's a hundred bucks and still my gecko has no food and my snake still isn't in her new enclosure because the heat mat hasn't come. Not happy at all

Ordered some arcadia lights which they… Ordered some arcadia lights which they had in stock and others didn't. Shipping was prompt. Unfortunately, the deep heat emitter was damaged during shipping. They shipped another in a day of me emailing. Will order from them again. I would recommend them to everyone.
