My mom and I have spent years making fancy recipes that take hours out of all sorts of vegan cookbooks and barely any compare to how amazing and tasty these meals are. If you have the time and the money, purchase purple carrot immediately because otherwise you are seriously missing out... seriously.

The entrees are creative, multi-layered in their flavors, easy to prepare and made with quality ingredients. My husband was skeptical at first about eating vegan, but he been wowed by these dinners and now looks forward to them. Quality produce, variety & good portions I didn’t plan on sticking around past my discounted boxes because the price is so much higher than other meal services I used before. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall portions, quality and variety of produce. It was all a lot better than other services (and I’ve tried nearly every comparable one out there). Let’s just say you do get what you pay for. I’ve stayed for several weeks now ..they hooked me. My only criticism would be that I wish every single meal option had at least 18-20 grams of protein. I appreciate that they offer a few “high protein” labeled options each week. However, I don’t think that something with only 11 grams of protein should be considered a meal and exist on the menu at all …

Love the freshness and flavors I have been using meal kits weekly for probably five years now. Your boxes have the freshest ingredients I’ve ever had with a meal kit company. It is a new diet for me, so I am exploring new things, and you’re providing an excellent resource for that. I have, however, had a minor ingredient that was either missing or not as described in the booklet you send on a couple occasions. These are the ones that I have not received an email notification for, which those are always appreciated. Even though the kits are more expensive than others, I feel they are worth the extra money. I continue to look forward to getting your unique and fresh boxes weekly.

Well worth the money! Couldn't be happier with the quality and simplicity of these recipes! Not only that, but Purple Carrot makes it so easy to divvy up dinner duty—without making it feel like a burden to my partner or I. But you know my favorite part? My 78-year-old father loves eating Purple Carrot dinners with us, which was a fun surprise!
