GBConsistently bad ingredients and not… Consistently bad ingredients and not enough ingredients. EXAMPLE: Recipe calls for 1/4 cups jam, they give you 1 tbsp. Vegetables arrive moldy and/or wilted. They ruin an entire meal with lack of ingredient or expired ingredients, they will not refund the entire meal, they will only refund you minimally for the bad ingredient.

GBAvocado I think the biggest issue is with avocados. I know it can be difficult to get them ripe or close to ripeness when shipping but always appear to be unripe and hard when delivered and would take too long to ripen as the other veggies would go bad. Reexamine the avocado recipes and perhaps use guacamole for some recipes instead.

GBThis experience has been great This experience has been great. A minor note; please provide more soy-free and allergens-free meals. When I received an arugula that was yellow and going bad, you immediately refunded me no questions asked. Also, you didn't pressure me into buying my meals every single week or every single month either.

GBQuality produce, variety & good portions I didn’t plan on sticking around past my discounted boxes because the price is so much higher than other meal services I used before. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall portions, quality and variety of produce. It was all a lot better than other services (and I’ve tried nearly every comparable one out there). Let’s just say you do get what you pay for. I’ve stayed for several weeks now ..they hooked me. My only criticism would be that I wish every single meal option had at least 18-20 grams of protein. I appreciate that they offer a few “high protein” labeled options each week. However, I don’t think that something with only 11 grams of protein should be considered a meal and exist on the menu at all …

GBWell worth the money! Couldn't be happier with the quality and simplicity of these recipes! Not only that, but Purple Carrot makes it so easy to divvy up dinner duty—without making it feel like a burden to my partner or I. But you know my favorite part? My 78-year-old father loves eating Purple Carrot dinners with us, which was a fun surprise!
