Shockingly disappointed in their… Shockingly disappointed in their website sign up process and horrible chat/service request process. I was so excited to start a subscription but they've ruined it. Their horrific marketing strategy is aggressive. Despite the tasty meal options I would never use such an intolerably aggressive company. Don't be fooled by them, they are definitely selling information and using the survey questions to profile and sell. They also make it so hard to cancel your subscription and close out service request before they're processed, its a very shady company. Any company that makes it hard to get help or close an account tend not to be forthright. They respond to reviews in hours but they can't make a functional website that is ethical.

Quality produce, variety & good portions I didn’t plan on sticking around past my discounted boxes because the price is so much higher than other meal services I used before. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall portions, quality and variety of produce. It was all a lot better than other services (and I’ve tried nearly every comparable one out there). Let’s just say you do get what you pay for. I’ve stayed for several weeks now ..they hooked me. My only criticism would be that I wish every single meal option had at least 18-20 grams of protein. I appreciate that they offer a few “high protein” labeled options each week. However, I don’t think that something with only 11 grams of protein should be considered a meal and exist on the menu at all …

LOVE this meal service Love this meal service! Its so hard to find worth vegan meals and this service is a must! I love that you can pick meals you make yourself (still super easy) or buy prepared meals or frozen. They also have a great selection of "plantry" items which includes really good "cheese" and different vegan drinks or just every day items that should be in all pantries. I am so happy I found this meal service, they literally have something for everyone and it makes me feel great that I am making delicious meals quickly that are actually great for me!

Just signed up and received my first… Just signed up and received my first box which was just a pile of spinach and lettuce. I did not get the meals I had selected. Same day received an email about my box arriving next week. I did not want a box next week! When I signed up, I went through and skipped to every other week. It was quite a process as I had to fill out a form explaining why every time, so I know I did it. When I reached out to customer service, the only way is through chat, they said I did not skip! Tried to show me screen shots. The chat was not helpful and the company is obviously making it difficult to skip, communicate and order what you want so I have cancelled. Hopefully! Beware, this company is not customer friendly and is going to send you food you did not order.

Your ingredients are always fresh Your ingredients are always fresh! Your packaging is minimal. And we love how all the savory recipes are filling, w/o depending on bread, potatoes and rice to fill the body. So many choices and variety within our vegetarian/ gluten -free requirements. Thank you!
