GBLOVE this meal service Love this meal service! Its so hard to find worth vegan meals and this service is a must! I love that you can pick meals you make yourself (still super easy) or buy prepared meals or frozen. They also have a great selection of "plantry" items which includes really good "cheese" and different vegan drinks or just every day items that should be in all pantries. I am so happy I found this meal service, they literally have something for everyone and it makes me feel great that I am making delicious meals quickly that are actually great for me!

GBYour ingredients are always fresh Your ingredients are always fresh! Your packaging is minimal. And we love how all the savory recipes are filling, w/o depending on bread, potatoes and rice to fill the body. So many choices and variety within our vegetarian/ gluten -free requirements. Thank you!

GBBetter vegetation meal kits Overall, I like Purple Carrot. But I have had some issues. 3-4 times the food included has been unusable. Cauliflower has been yellowed and some black, Scallions withered, and on one occasion the kit included radishes for slaw. Only instead of 4 radishes there was only one. I believe you need quality control where ever the kits are put together.

GBOkay there is nothing more to say than… Okay there is nothing more to say than purple carrot is fricken amazing. My mom and I have spent years making fancy recipes that take hours out of all sorts of vegan cookbooks and barely any compare to how amazing and tasty these meals are. If you have the time and the money, purchase purple carrot immediately because otherwise you are seriously missing out... seriously.

GBWe had a substitute that was nasty We had a substitute that was nasty. That sucks, and we paid for it. If you're subbing meals you guys should pay for them or just don't send anything. Edit: had already reached out to purple carrot support before posting this review. Was told that they don't refund substitutions except in cases of allergy. After a lot of back and forth they made it clear there was nothing they'd do about this, and that its just a part of their distribution model. I'm a little put off by their reply suggesting I reach out to their support team since they already know that they weren't going to fix it.
