Great experience I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service I received. It was among the best I've ever encountered. Even after I hung up, I received a callback, and the representative provided me with all the necessary information. It was evident they cared for my needs. I ended the call feeling well-informed. Later, when I had to call again, another person assisted me with a bright attitude and friendliness. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, deserving more than five stars.

Great people that care The folks at Inspira are so nice and held my hand through the process of making a withdrawal. I felt very cared for, and they made my experience comfortable and easy.

Apps are terrible Apps are terrible. The web version just clears the username and pw when it isn't working, and the mobile apps brings back an error stating "something went wrong, try again later". I guess I'm supposed to log in every day to try and get my flex refunds. Worst app I've ever used.

Amber was awesome Amber was awesome, she helped us when we called with no issues. She was very polite and professional, we didnt feel rushed and you could tell she had a smile on her face and not a forced one! Customer Service these days has gone downhill so getting her on our call and not the automated system was great! I'm glad there are still some people who like their job and enjoy helping people! Thanks Amber!
