Tried to keep my money My employer rolled over my 401k to Inspira. I sent a request to Inspira to rollover my funds to my existing IRA. No response. I called them and their phone tree message said "Due to our exciting new re-brand, your call response time will be delayed". After 20 minutes on hold, I hung up. My financial advisor had to help me get my funds rolled over since Inspira wasn't helping

The person who handled my request was… The person who handled my request was very professional and got me the information I needed right away. The reason I didn't give you a 5 star review was because I had to go through over 1 1/2 minutes of making a choice on what I needed when your automated system did't have what I needed.

reached a person for CS :) when i called i was able to get the information i needed and felt like i was heard. she apologized for the inconvenience and helped me in a timely manner. and made sure i was able to get what i needed before disconnecting my call.
