Very very fast Very very fast, I usually start shipping immediately after the order, the service is very good

Vegemite, Cherry Ripes, Freddos, Oh My! I have shopped at SimplyOz.com for years now and have never been disappointed. They have a great selection of Aussie goods, friendly service, super quick shipping, and the best packaging of any internet shop. Love it!

I ordered six boxes of Tim Tams I ordered six boxes of Tim Tams. Simply Oz sent them with an ice pack inside to keep them from melting - something I did not even think about. Unfortunately due to the week I ordered these (hot spell), they still arrived melted, but that is NOT Simply Oz's fault; in fact Simply Oz went above and beyond to mitigate that by packing with an ice pack. 10/10 will order from them again.

Simply OZ Simply OZ, you have delivered first class service once again! I love that I can come to you for my trusty Weetbix Aussie breakfast cereal and you guys deliver great service everytime. What I love is getting little surprises with every order, like a packet of "biccies" from home or a packet of much loved Aussie sweets. Love you guys! Thank you for making an Aussie gal feel a little less homesick.

Shipping cost are a problem Occasionally I buy Vegemite from this company. I have always received my purchases promptly with no problems. My only concern is that the shipping charges, possibly because they use the postal system, make the overall cost very expensive. For this reason only they are my "vendor of last resort" rather than a "go to" source.
