The delivery was scheduled for a… The delivery was scheduled for a Tuesday. However it was delivered on the previous Friday while we were away. The box and products were soaked. A more realistic delivery time would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered six boxes of Tim Tams I ordered six boxes of Tim Tams. Simply Oz sent them with an ice pack inside to keep them from melting - something I did not even think about. Unfortunately due to the week I ordered these (hot spell), they still arrived melted, but that is NOT Simply Oz's fault; in fact Simply Oz went above and beyond to mitigate that by packing with an ice pack. 10/10 will order from them again.
