I love the products I love the products and the receiving these promptly. The only thing that hold me back on ordering more often is the cost of shipping, if there is a way for Simply Australian to get a better deal with their shipper, I believe they would get a lot more business.

I ordered six boxes of Tim Tams I ordered six boxes of Tim Tams. Simply Oz sent them with an ice pack inside to keep them from melting - something I did not even think about. Unfortunately due to the week I ordered these (hot spell), they still arrived melted, but that is NOT Simply Oz's fault; in fact Simply Oz went above and beyond to mitigate that by packing with an ice pack. 10/10 will order from them again.

I love SimplyOz When I crave Aussie foods that I can't get here in the US, Simply Australian is my go to website. I love the Butter Menthols and they arrived really quickly. Please add to your inventory: Dairy Lea Processed Cheddar Cheese (formerly Kraft) in the blue package; Unibic Anzac Biscuits; and Wrigleys PK Chewing Gum (yellow packet). If you add these three you will have one very happy Australian-American customer.
