Inconsistency in flavor My family has been purchasing the grass fed beef sticks for several years. We always enjoyed them very much. We recently had an experience with bone in two sticks. We contacted the company and they sent us two replacement boxes which we greatly appreciated. In the meantime, we had already purchased two more boxes of beef sticks. My family has noticed a change in flavor on the most recent 4 boxes of beef sticks that we don't find to be as favorable. The ingredients and packaging are the same. We are not sure what changed.

BEST sauces and dressings! Perfect! Oh my gosh these products are my favorite! Fast shipping and so carefully packaged I was impressed! I purchased two of my favorites – Sriracha tahini dressing and medium buffalo sauce along with four other new things for me to try! I absolutely love these dressings and sauces! I can’t wait to try the mustard barbecue sauce!

Big fan of the meat sticks After sampling the spicy meat stick at the gym, I knew I needed to place an order. I decided to try the sampler versus one flavor. The ordering process was super simple, the processing amazing speedy and I had my order in hand within 72 hours of placing it (I am local). Every flavor I have tried has been delicious and I love that the products are humanely sourced and made with wholesome ingredients that are not only good but good for me.

Excellent Customer Service I emailed the customer service team regarding a bottle of buffalo sauce that was rusted under the cap. I love New Primal sauces so needless to say I was a little disappointed. I received an email back the same exact day with an apology and explanation of the issue, as well as, an offer to mail a replacement bottle. This all happened within 3-4 days, amid a global pandemic. Really impressed with the response and will definitely be a customer for life. Thanks for making such great products!

Everything about New Primal is awesome Everything about New Primal is awesome. The New Primal sauces got me through so many Whole30's early on! I learned very quickly I could make recipes and foods just as delicious if not more with Whole30 Approved products. We don't even think about other sauces and dressings and the Beef Thins are my favorite snacks! My clients love these products too and I enjoy introducing them to the wonderful world of flavor that awaits!
