When I opened the sauce the lid was damaged making it unsafe to consume. I reached out to The New Primal and they shipped me TWO bottles free of charge! Finally got to try the mustard sauce; it is scrumptious and works well for those doing keto/paleo or who generally love delicious flavors :)

Big fan of the meat sticks After sampling the spicy meat stick at the gym, I knew I needed to place an order. I decided to try the sampler versus one flavor. The ordering process was super simple, the processing amazing speedy and I had my order in hand within 72 hours of placing it (I am local). Every flavor I have tried has been delicious and I love that the products are humanely sourced and made with wholesome ingredients that are not only good but good for me.

Excellent Customer Service I emailed the customer service team regarding a bottle of buffalo sauce that was rusted under the cap. I love New Primal sauces so needless to say I was a little disappointed. I received an email back the same exact day with an apology and explanation of the issue, as well as, an offer to mail a replacement bottle. This all happened within 3-4 days, amid a global pandemic. Really impressed with the response and will definitely be a customer for life. Thanks for making such great products!

Spices, Marinades, Jerky, Dressinf Purchased the variety pack of spices and jerky and so far all are very good. I also like the wasabi coconut aminos but wish you could taste more wasabi but I do use it often when frying vegetables. I also really like the ranch dressing. Will order more of these products in the future. Great shipping as well and arrived quickly. Also appreciate the recipes on the website. Have tried several already.

The New Primal and RV life I started with The New Primal because of the Paleo/Whole30 culture. Their seasonings and dressings/marinades are THE BEST. I have a shelf full of The New Primal and I live in an RV where space is at a premium. That's how much I love their products. I also love how much they give back to the community.
