Maybe when you scale up (see what I did there...) you could ship with some sort of thicker envelope or a temperature moderated package. And, on a completely different note, I scoured the website ad the FAQs link was not working and I’m wondering if I have to refrigerate the productA? Still don’t know. Very tasty product.

Leaner than other biltong brands I have had both the traditional biltong and the chili flavors. I love the flavor and spice (it’s hot) of the chili, but the traditional still tastes great. Both flavors definitely look/taste like a premium jerky. I have tried another biltong brand (Stryve), and I was surprised at how it had little strips of fat on each piece. Whereas Boikeys meat is very lean, and also incredibly tender.
