First bag was tough because the taste was so different than jerky. LOVE it now. Wish it was a bit cheaper. Throw in some Russian gas next time! Will be buying again.

Leaner than other biltong brands I have had both the traditional biltong and the chili flavors. I love the flavor and spice (it’s hot) of the chili, but the traditional still tastes great. Both flavors definitely look/taste like a premium jerky. I have tried another biltong brand (Stryve), and I was surprised at how it had little strips of fat on each piece. Whereas Boikeys meat is very lean, and also incredibly tender.
