USProducts with salmonella German store 24 sold me products infested with salmonella. Even after a big recall this store kept selling Kinder Schoko Bons. I tried to reach out to their customer service several times without a response Edit: I reached out indeed several times via phone call and left voice messages. Anyways, GermanShop24 refunded the money for the chocolate. A little note on the side. You may want to learn how to respond in a less condescending manner. Thank you

USI have placed 2 orders in the past… I have placed 2 orders in the past month and must say, I am totally delighted with everything, from the line of products, how well they are shipped, how fast they arrive and even correspondence with GS24. So glad I discovered GS24, now I can always have an access to some of my favorite German products while living in the USA. What a great company.

USPaid for expedited shipping Paid for expedited shipping. Got it with 10 days delay instead. Packaging was so bad, that 2 glasses were broken. They wouldn't send replacement, but refunded the prices of the two broken glasses (no [proportional] shipping). If you buy your things through them, you obviously don't mind spending a few extra dollars. So, why they would be in turn so cheap is beyond me. But that their suspicious google review are mostly from "A Reviewer", might give you a hint...

USExcellent service I have placed multiple orders and all, except one, were delivered without delay and in excellent condition. I had one order shipped and stuck at New York Airport even though my Airport is Washington DC. I can't fault them for it. Once the mistake was discovered the order was quickly delivered. I've recommended them to others and they have received their orders promptly as well. The only thing I would recommend is adding Baby Food products since they all keep asking if I know whether or not they carry items such as Brei and Formula.

USI placed my order Friday afternoon… I placed my order Friday afternoon April 9th (which means it was evening in Germany) and I ALREADY received my order today Monday April 12th. Everything was shipped out of Germany, so the speed of this delivery blows my mind. I’m so happy!!! Everything was packaged carefully and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Germanshop24!!
