About Germanshop24

GermanShop24 is a family owned business and was founded in 2007 by Stefan Kuehnert - originally as a hobby. We started selling over the internet in September 2007 after setting up the very first version of our online shop. The assortment back then was just about 250 products, but still we got in the first order just 2 days after the initial launch. During the following months, orders slightly increased to 5-6 orders per week and there was not much progress in 2008. In 2009 Katrin Kuehnert joined the team and we started to expand our assortment. At the end of 2009 we offered about 2000 different items - all available to be ordered. Orders also went up in 2009 to about 30 per week. In the years between 2010 and 2015 we nearly doubled our revenue each year and we now have a yearly sales volume of about $1.5 Million making us one of the leading online shops for German food world wide, even though we are specialized in shipping to the US. In 2015 we expended our business and now serving wholesalers in different countries including the US and China. We offer air and sea freight service for wholesalers and take care about fulfilling all legal requirements for the destination countries.

Great Online Store to purchase German Products with delivery to the USA Great selection of German groceries! Only thing missing - for me - is some nice Currywurst like CurryKing and others :-) Shipping is always safe and quick and all goods are fresh with no short expiration dates. Shipping charges are reasonable considering it's a FEDEX delivery. Great to have this option for buying German food and other items year around without the need to jump on a plane!

Paid for expedited shipping Paid for expedited shipping. Got it with 10 days delay instead. Packaging was so bad, that 2 glasses were broken. They wouldn't send replacement, but refunded the prices of the two broken glasses (no [proportional] shipping). If you buy your things through them, you obviously don't mind spending a few extra dollars. So, why they would be in turn so cheap is beyond me. But that their suspicious google review are mostly from "A Reviewer", might give you a hint...

Use GermanShop24 not German DeliStore Love this store because they have a good selection of both Ritter Sport and Milka chocolate. Orders get to you relatively quickly considering they are traveling overseas and during COVID19. I've never had a problem and they have a good selection. Please make sure you don't confuse them with German Delistore which is awful and tried to charge $90 because they got into a fight with FedEx. Use GermanShop24!

Shipping fees are very reasonable Shipping fees are very reasonable, unfortunately on my second order, the milka cream eggs were completely damaged even though they were in a cardboard case. A loss of $7, I just won't order chocolate items any longer. Other than that the packaging is very good. Even the porcelain cups did not break. I love germanshop24.

Excellent service I have placed multiple orders and all, except one, were delivered without delay and in excellent condition. I had one order shipped and stuck at New York Airport even though my Airport is Washington DC. I can't fault them for it. Once the mistake was discovered the order was quickly delivered. I've recommended them to others and they have received their orders promptly as well. The only thing I would recommend is adding Baby Food products since they all keep asking if I know whether or not they carry items such as Brei and Formula.
