GBItems were shipped quickly after order… Items were shipped quickly after order was placed. Food items were well packed and protected from transit damage. Order even arrived earlier than predicted in shipping notifications. Very pleased with this vendor and will use again in future

GBExcellent service I have placed multiple orders and all, except one, were delivered without delay and in excellent condition. I had one order shipped and stuck at New York Airport even though my Airport is Washington DC. I can't fault them for it. Once the mistake was discovered the order was quickly delivered. I've recommended them to others and they have received their orders promptly as well. The only thing I would recommend is adding Baby Food products since they all keep asking if I know whether or not they carry items such as Brei and Formula.

GBI have purchased from the Germanshop… I have purchased from the Germanshop before and have always been very happy, and I just received my package today. Everything I ordered came carefully wrapped and fresh. The time from ordering to receiving was very fast. I also love their selections of German product. Their prices are also very reasonable. I certainly will order again from them. Vielen Dank!

GBI placed the order on the German… I placed the order on the German website on a Thursday and it arrived at my home in Florida on Monday, around lunch time. All the items were packed securely, so nothing could move around, and items were protected by additional bubble wrap tape. To our surprise they even added some easter chocolate gift.

GBExcellent products and service Excellent products and service. Always the package arrived on estimated date or earlier. FedEx dropped the ball this time, package was in Frankfurt for a week, but once it started to move it was delivered the next day. Always a great pleasure to find most German products we miss from Germany.
