Refuse to release my funds I was asked to open account. Savings ending 5005 they closed it and said they send the 2140 on 4/12. I been telling them the linked account is not active and now they claim they can't see 5005. They refuse to take my ein to locate. I'm behind on my health insurance premium and hiv pos and diabetic. I can't pay for my meds and they refuse to help me cause I can't remember the email open with even though I can give My ein. They have stolen my 2140. This needs to go to congress. I have the emails and screen shots. Now told account released but yet online states inactive and the customer service is confused on what to do to help me and saying they need to review.
