The taste and tenderness of this cut of meat was a knock your socks off experience compared to quality meats we purchased in our own area. This was a total (pleasant) surprise. I ordered 4 16oz Thick Cut KC Strips I ordered 4 16oz Thick Cut KC Strips, Full blood. I did receive 4 steaks, Although there was not dry ice included to keep them frozen during their journey! 2 of the steaks were as described. the other 2 are half as thick and twice as fatty. So 2 of these "Thick Cut Strips" Are Beautiful and amazing 2 are one third fat and do not appear to to be a KC Strips cut. I did reach out to Wiens Wagyu with photos and my concerns via Email. Did not get a response.

The full blood Wagyu filets are so good you'll be disappointed with every none Wagyu filet you eat afterwards.

Wiens Wagyu - Family Farm for the best Waygu! Wiens Wagyu did a excellent job in notifying me when the meats came in stock, confirming the order, and shipping in a timely manner. The Wagyu meats came perfectly frozen in Dry ice and were packed with a Hand Written note! The Wagyu meats were excellent! I really love supporting the Family Farm which is the Staple of America!
