Weins Wagyu makes the best smash burger. Service and shipping was great. We have not tried the latest delivery but I will tell you that during the winter when we could not find the Weins hamburger for smash burgers we tried regular hamburger. There is no comparison. Complete failure Complete failure; $200 worth of beef took a solid week to be delivered...was not even cool to the touch when unboxed. I informed the company, got a jerk off in response blaming UPS They did offer to replace the product but I didn't see why they wanted me to request they do so; either a company has integrity as an aspect of their corporate culture, or not. Not recommended.

I've ordered multiple times from Wiens… I've ordered multiple times from Wiens Wagyu and have never been disappointed. All of my orders have arrived promptly and packaged professionally with everything still frozen. The full blood Wagyu filets are so good you'll be disappointed with every none Wagyu filet you eat afterwards.

Repeat customer, still loving it!!! I am a repeat customer and continue to be extremely happy with the quality of the wagyu. We splurge several times a year for our small family reunions and everybody loves it. The quality is in a class of its own; calling it beef doesn't do it justice. Our Family also loves how both Bradon & Rachael Wiens are very kind and prompt with their responses. Our Family loves supporting local businesses! We also like seeing the periodic updates on the Ranch!
