GBNot perfect I order caviar for my mother every year for her birthday, which is August 11th. When I went to order it, there was no availability for the Russian Osetra. I waited until it was in stock and ordered for delivery to my mom's address. For whatever reason it defaulted to my address. Now I have to ship it to my mother's address, which will be an additional expense for me. The caviar is always wonderful, but ordering this time was painful.

GBThe caviar did not arrive on time. I gave a specific arrival date when I ordered. Someone misread it as a "to send" date. When I phoned to check on transit, this mistake came to light. staff and Graham jumped on it, expedited the shipping,included an additional small tin (I did appreciate the attempt to rectify the situation), but it still was one day late.
