Exceeded my expectations! I have been "zoning" for 2 weeks now and have to say that the food has been delicious. I was really hesitant to start but I am so glad I did. We did this not only to lose weight but just because we had no time to cook for ourselves. The fact that I'm down 7.5 pounds in 2 weeks is a definite bonus! I haven't felt the need to "cheat" as I am satisfied with daily menus which always include a dessert at dinner! If it wasn't cost prohibitive I would do this every day of the year!

Delicious food, reliable delivery I have been using Zone Healthy for a couple of years now. The food is always good (although this newest chef is a cut above the rest), and meals are delivered fresh each night for me to bring in when I get up. They pay careful attention to my likes, dislikes and special needs, for which I am extremely grateful, and send me excellent meals which are easy for me to warm up in the microwave. I just put the bag back out for them to pick up when they deliver the next meal, with the blue ice and the plastic food containers. It makes my life so much easier, and means I don't keep eating the same old thing every single day. I tried various other food deliveries, which shall be nameless. Zone Healthy has provided excellent variety while avoiding foods I don't or can't eat. Whatever the highest recommendation possible is, I give it to them.

This was a Father's day gift. The gift was very timely and convenient because the meals came at a time when I had been prescribed for two days of bed rest. I enjoyed the variety of food which was tasty

In a nut shell....... Good food, good service, losing some wieght..... but too pricey.
