I signed my husband up! This program worked for my husband. He lost over 100lbs in six months. No crazy exercise but yet he did get an elliptical and used it 4 times a week for 30-40 minutes. The "box" idea was successful because he had a mind set each day. This helped him overcome the challenges of work food constantly being available to graze on, his 110-120 hours a week-the (trapped in the ICU) food was available when he needed to eat instead of grabbing available junk. The best part of it was the food was delicious. I know because they ended up adding me as a customer too! I ended up losing 20lbs. It has been a while since we did the diet and yes both of us have maintained our weight after 2 years.

The Zone is Fabulous! My wife and I have ordered the Zone several times over the past few years when we need to drop a few pounds. We could eat the food every day whether or not we were on a diet, it's just that good. Freshly delivered every day, it's amazing at how fresh it is. The lunches and dinners are my favorites, my wife loves the deserts and snacks. You won't be disappointed!

Delicious food, reliable delivery I have been using Zone Healthy for a couple of years now. The food is always good (although this newest chef is a cut above the rest), and meals are delivered fresh each night for me to bring in when I get up. They pay careful attention to my likes, dislikes and special needs, for which I am extremely grateful, and send me excellent meals which are easy for me to warm up in the microwave. I just put the bag back out for them to pick up when they deliver the next meal, with the blue ice and the plastic food containers. It makes my life so much easier, and means I don't keep eating the same old thing every single day. I tried various other food deliveries, which shall be nameless. Zone Healthy has provided excellent variety while avoiding foods I don't or can't eat. Whatever the highest recommendation possible is, I give it to them.

ZoneHealthy has helped with my weight and diabetes! I have been with Zone Healthy for over two years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for my healthy food choice needs. I've tried other LA-based food delivery companies and they just don't deliver the quality (or variety) of food that ZoneHealthy provides. Plus the value (for the cost) is far superior with ZoneHealthy. In two years, they have NEVER missed a delivery and their customer service is excellent. My driver Leroy is always pleasant and goes the extra mile to bring my food to the front door. They've always been able to handle my special "food/allergy" requests with no problem. Delicious Food made easy I only have good things to say about my ZoneHealthy dining experience. The food was tasty, presented nicely and I was full after breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also lost weight. No complaints for me at all
