I signed my husband up! This program worked for my husband. He lost over 100lbs in six months. No crazy exercise but yet he did get an elliptical and used it 4 times a week for 30-40 minutes. The "box" idea was successful because he had a mind set each day. This helped him overcome the challenges of work food constantly being available to graze on, his 110-120 hours a week-the (trapped in the ICU) food was available when he needed to eat instead of grabbing available junk. The best part of it was the food was delicious. I know because they ended up adding me as a customer too! I ended up losing 20lbs. It has been a while since we did the diet and yes both of us have maintained our weight after 2 years.

Plus the value (for the cost) is far superior with ZoneHealthy. In two years, they have NEVER missed a delivery and their customer service is excellent. My driver Leroy is always pleasant and goes the extra mile to bring my food to the front door. They've always been able to handle my special "food/allergy" requests with no problem. Rudy and his staff really know how to take care of their customers. I look forward to many more years with them.
