Good so far! I have only been eating the food for two days, but great so far. I wish each meal and snack would list nutritional values (fat, calories, etc.). That's my only suggestion.

ZoneHealthy has helped with my weight and diabetes! I have been with Zone Healthy for over two years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for my healthy food choice needs.
