Since 1-800 1Flowers Acquired Vital Choice... Since Vital Choice was acquired by 1-800-Flowers there has been a noticeable decline in product quality. "Fresh fish should not smell Fishy." Never did until the company was sold. Our most recent shipment contained a package where the vacuum seal is broken. When ordering our usual quantity of salmon we used to receive 0ne box for the shipment, now $ boxes for the same quantity.

Perfect quality; perfect customer service; best fish. We have been using two companies for all our seafood for at least ten years. Vital Choice is one of them. We buy MOST of our fish from them because the quality is always great, the customer service is always great, and we feel we can trust them to always send us the best, freshest fish. There has never been a problem with shipping. Food is always packaged so that it won't thaw at all during shipping. Absolutely, the best quality of ANY company we use.

The items were better than I expected The items were better than I expected . I usually avoid can products.I particularly enjoy the sardines in tomato sauce which I always avoid in the regular cans. I am glad to have ordered the sample which gave me the opportunity to try items I would have normally order . I already recommended your products to a friend of mine. I have been ordering from Vital Choice… I have been ordering from Vital Choice ever since I was introduced to their products at a medical conference in Atlanta which included Dr. Andrew Weil. My most recent purchase included frozen fish which arrived earlier than predicted and in perfect condition. I live in Florida so that was a long way for the fish to travel. Their products have always lived up to my expectations. I like the salmon the best, the taste is better than what I can find locally.
