Since 1-800 1Flowers Acquired Vital Choice... Since Vital Choice was acquired by 1-800-Flowers there has been a noticeable decline in product quality. "Fresh fish should not smell Fishy." Never did until the company was sold. Our most recent shipment contained a package where the vacuum seal is broken. When ordering our usual quantity of salmon we used to receive 0ne box for the shipment, now $ boxes for the same quantity.

I enjoy buying from the Vital Choice… I enjoy buying from the Vital Choice Company! Their food are always quality and taste delicious! I appreciate how the products are packaged carefully and that delivery arrives on time. I will continue to buy from here, because I know I’m getting the best for my health. Great tasting & clean packaging Great tasting seafood that needs little seasoning. Clean packaging. Easy to order. However, it seems that each delivery has anywhere from 1-4 frozen packs that have air inside. I need to throw those away which is disappointing. To their credit, when I report this soon after arrival they give me a $ credit back. Still the cleanest, best packaged healthy seafood we can find. Always kind and professional on the phone. This is also refreshing. Thank you VC.
