We run a contracting business in the… We run a contracting business in the agriculture sector. We were looking for a unique tracker for our machine. Quick google and phone call with Chris & the tracker was on its way and doing everything we wanted. We defiently recommend Chris and geoforce trackers.

Geoforce We have had Geoforce GPS units for years. Customer service has always been good. A couple of the units are sensitive, but overall units have been reliable. We were even able to locate a stolen truck with the GPS.

Equipment is Ok but service is excellent To be brutally honest, we have had some issues with the devices themselves. They can sometimes be a little finicky and quit reporting or be too sensitive in some of the parameters. However, Caitlin Murray has always been my go-to lady at Geoforce and she's great. They should change her name to Johnny because she is ALWAYS Johnny On-The-Spot when i have issues. Geoforce gets at least an extra 1 1/2 to 2 stars just due to her customer service.

Commitment to return phone calls by a… Commitment to return phone calls by a certain day with no call back and no resolution. Original set up was incorrect. Specifically asked for GPS tracking in remote areas, but that was not provided. Set up started on GPS system based on our needs, contract signed months ago, no call back on when updated system will be set up. Billing started after contract signed with a substantial increase but no new devices sent. Several months of incorrect billing with emails to request review, commitment made to follow up but no call backs. Very poor communication.

You answered the phone without a mile… You answered the phone without a mile long menu tree or wait-that's a good start. Of course Ms. Brown was pleasant to deal with and very helpful/knowledgeable. And it is nice to know she had backup from the engineering team if it got that serious.
