I spoke with Lucas recently (which, by the way, I was very please to have him give me a call) and he did what he could to help me. There were a couple of things that I asked for help with to find out they were just not available at this time. He made note of my 'wants' and hoped that, along with the requests of other users, the functionality of the software would become more user friendly in the future.

GBGeoforce is a bit more difficult to… Geoforce is a bit more difficult to navigate than previous version. Does not give direction of travel when viewing asset. You have to check boxes under Map Layers (overlays) every time you log in to view Wells.

GBGeoforce has been the solution we were… Geoforce has been the solution we were looking for with our non powered fleet attachments. The devices are durable, reliable. Sales and customer service are hands down first class.

CACommitment to return phone calls by a… Commitment to return phone calls by a certain day with no call back and no resolution. Original set up was incorrect. Specifically asked for GPS tracking in remote areas, but that was not provided. Set up started on GPS system based on our needs, contract signed months ago, no call back on when updated system will be set up. Billing started after contract signed with a substantial increase but no new devices sent. Several months of incorrect billing with emails to request review, commitment made to follow up but no call backs. Very poor communication.

GBGeoforce We have had Geoforce GPS units for years. Customer service has always been good. A couple of the units are sensitive, but overall units have been reliable. We were even able to locate a stolen truck with the GPS.
