AUI had trouble viewing assets on the web… I had trouble viewing assets on the web map. Contacted help desk for assistance. I had immediate response and suggested solution. It instantly ruled out account issues and pointed out problem my end. The suggested solution worked and my problem sorted.

USAt one time we had a functioning map… At one time we had a functioning map where we could see all of our assets--NOT ANY MORE!! Your service staff (Issac) is a dang fine rep for your organization. Ryan is a fair rep, however COURTNEY is a NOT someone I would have representing my company (he has NO integrity--NONE).

USThere is always room for improvement There is always room for improvement. I spoke with Lucas recently (which, by the way, I was very please to have him give me a call) and he did what he could to help me. There were a couple of things that I asked for help with to find out they were just not available at this time. He made note of my 'wants' and hoped that, along with the requests of other users, the functionality of the software would become more user friendly in the future.
