Best Dry-Aged Beef Open Range Black Angus Beef. This family-owned cattle ranch has the best beef we have ever tasted. The ground beef is excellent. Cooks up nice, with just enough fat for it to hold together for burgers. We also purchase sirloin and ribeye steaks. I have never had a finer tasting steak. (We just grilled them) They were so tender, melt in your mouth steak. I am just getting around to cooking up the stew meat we bought! I have no doubt it will be excellent too!
