As always I get the best product with a… As always I get the best product with a reasonable price and delivery is wonderful. Don't have to wait or wonder when it will get home. They always ship when they say they will. Great customer service. I am thrilled that I have the opportunity to purchase a wonderful product in my home state.

The beef is fantastic but... The beef is fantastic, best brisket and wonderful steak. The shipping cost is a bit high and I wouldn't mind but the meat was thawed and the dry ice was completely gone. Seem to put less ice that others I've ordered from. Also the packaging was leaking blood on the inside and did not seem to be vacuumed well. Overall I love the meat but the packaging and shipping could use help. I am debating whether to order again based on the packaging issues. It's a shame because the meat is really great. Update 11/10/22 Open Range Angus contacted me about this review and updated their packaging for better results. I ordered again to try the packaging and it was much better, still frozen or very cold. I will be ordering more. Fantastic customer service!
