Better than the rest! I tried both the traditional and smoked chili slab and they are by far the best I have. Other brands of biltong have little to no flavor or are just really dry. TX biltong is by far my new favorite. Hopefully they come out with some new flavors so I can give them a try.

Good flavor but fatty and too moist This last batch had significantly more fat in the pre-portioned 2 ounce bags. I also noticed it seems the meat didn't dry as long as was closer to jerky than biltong. Flavor is good, but feel like due to the recent spike in demand for biltong, this batch may have been rushed.
