Good flavor but fatty and too moist This last batch had significantly more fat in the pre-portioned 2 ounce bags. I also noticed it seems the meat didn't dry as long as was closer to jerky than biltong. Flavor is good, but feel like due to the recent spike in demand for biltong, this batch may have been rushed.

Yummy!!! Flavors available are Traditional, Cracked Black Pepper and Smoked Chili Pepper. All this is natural and delicious... for lovers of spicy! However, the amount of spices is not very large, no frills, everything is balanced, as it should be! I definitely recommend it, a great snack! Suggested locations and occasions for eating biltong: ANYWHERE AND ANYTIME!

Birthday surprise It was a great gift for my husband’s birthday. He loves beef jerky so I had to get this for him to try. Both of us really like it, quality tasting and very fresh!
