This was the first time using ezCater… This was the first time using ezCater and the ordering process went very smoothly. I appreciated all the updates to ensure that my order was delivered efficiently and easily. The food was great too! The only issue was that one of the orders had special instructions to remove ingredients and put the dressing on the side. The person was able to remove the unwanted ingredients and scrape off the extra dressing. If special instructions or requests should be entered differently, please let me know. Otherwise, the experience overall went well.

We ordered 2 5 gallon agua frescas and… We ordered 2 5 gallon agua frescas and they were both just pure concentrate. We weren’t able to drink them. The horchata was a syrup consistency and everyone was complaining about how thick it was. We are Mexican. We know it’s not supposed to taste like that. Truly a waste of money. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Just okay. The delivery was prompt and staff was friendly. The food came without plates and napkins (which were provided for in the order) — a huge inconvenience when I had 45 people on their way to my house. EZCater support said there was nothing they could do about it, but the restaurant called me directly and offered to send someone over with the missing items. It’s a small detail, but a really important one for a dinner event. I wasn’t thrilled with EZCater’s “shrug” response, especially when the restaurant was very willing to help.

Great Platform: ezCater Using EZ Cater was so smooth and easy. A lot of variety of food and choices. Will be using this platform again for future events.
