GBNot sure if it was the error on the… Not sure if it was the error on the actual restaurant’s behalf, but I specifically called to ensure there would be NO TUNA subs…. I got tuna subs anyway. :( Of course, no one ate them, so it was money wasted.

GBThe food was amazing The food was amazing. We ordered the taco bar with beef and shredded chicken as well as the fajita bar. Everyone at my son’s first birthday party thoroughly enjoyed the food. I would definitely recommend using Mi Hacienda for any food catering needs and will be a repeat customer in the future.

GBThis was the first time using ezCater… This was the first time using ezCater and the ordering process went very smoothly. I appreciated all the updates to ensure that my order was delivered efficiently and easily. The food was great too! The only issue was that one of the orders had special instructions to remove ingredients and put the dressing on the side. The person was able to remove the unwanted ingredients and scrape off the extra dressing. If special instructions or requests should be entered differently, please let me know. Otherwise, the experience overall went well.

GBJust okay. The delivery was prompt and staff was friendly. The food came without plates and napkins (which were provided for in the order) — a huge inconvenience when I had 45 people on their way to my house. EZCater support said there was nothing they could do about it, but the restaurant called me directly and offered to send someone over with the missing items. It’s a small detail, but a really important one for a dinner event. I wasn’t thrilled with EZCater’s “shrug” response, especially when the restaurant was very willing to help.

GBChange of lunch time. We had a last-minute agenda change that altered the time of our lunch break. EZ cater took care of contacting the restaurant and changing our delivery time while I set up for the all-day meeting. Very helpful!
