GBJust okay. The delivery was prompt and staff was friendly. The food came without plates and napkins (which were provided for in the order) — a huge inconvenience when I had 45 people on their way to my house. EZCater support said there was nothing they could do about it, but the restaurant called me directly and offered to send someone over with the missing items. It’s a small detail, but a really important one for a dinner event. I wasn’t thrilled with EZCater’s “shrug” response, especially when the restaurant was very willing to help.

GBGreat experience Placing the order was easy and straightforward. All automated delivery status was welcome. I would have liked a direct confirmation from the vendor. Payment was not straightforward. I had entered my credit card, but was told the charge was denied despite the card being operational for other transactions. I entered an alternate card and had to place a call to request processing.

GBHighly Recommend! The food was amazing! Everyone at our event loved the sandwiches and salads, as well as the cookies. These are not your ordinary sandwiches, they are especially good!! I also appreciated the delivery service and care about our event.
