GBJust okay. The delivery was prompt and staff was friendly. The food came without plates and napkins (which were provided for in the order) — a huge inconvenience when I had 45 people on their way to my house. EZCater support said there was nothing they could do about it, but the restaurant called me directly and offered to send someone over with the missing items. It’s a small detail, but a really important one for a dinner event. I wasn’t thrilled with EZCater’s “shrug” response, especially when the restaurant was very willing to help.

GBNot sure if it was the error on the… Not sure if it was the error on the actual restaurant’s behalf, but I specifically called to ensure there would be NO TUNA subs…. I got tuna subs anyway. :( Of course, no one ate them, so it was money wasted.

GBWe ordered 2 5 gallon agua frescas and… We ordered 2 5 gallon agua frescas and they were both just pure concentrate. We weren’t able to drink them. The horchata was a syrup consistency and everyone was complaining about how thick it was. We are Mexican. We know it’s not supposed to taste like that. Truly a waste of money. Won’t be ordering from here again.

GBFood was delicious and on time Food was delicious and on time. (There was only one small error that was corrected immediately). Thank you, Pita Pita for helping us enjoy a wonderful event.

GBSet It and Forget It The experience was great because I placed the order and then it was on auto-pilot...I never had to check in again...I didn't get 5 more confirmation emails...it was just done! ezCater made visible to me the restaurants who would serve a large group, instead of me having to individually check on restaurants. Niko's Greek was absolutely excellent food and something new for us. I received excellent feedback and people want us to order from them again.
