Amazing! ezCater was so much easier than dealing with the vendor. Communication was great, delivery was on time and food was well received.

We ordered 2 5 gallon agua frescas and… We ordered 2 5 gallon agua frescas and they were both just pure concentrate. We weren’t able to drink them. The horchata was a syrup consistency and everyone was complaining about how thick it was. We are Mexican. We know it’s not supposed to taste like that. Truly a waste of money. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Not sure if it was the error on the… Not sure if it was the error on the actual restaurant’s behalf, but I specifically called to ensure there would be NO TUNA subs…. I got tuna subs anyway. :( Of course, no one ate them, so it was money wasted.

Food was absolutely amazing Food was absolutely amazing. I’m from out of town and ordered lunch for my clients office staff. They loved it and appreciated the extra menus as many will be taking their families to the restaurant. Delivery was on time/early and included everything.

Great experience Placing the order was easy and straightforward. All automated delivery status was welcome. I would have liked a direct confirmation from the vendor. Payment was not straightforward. I had entered my credit card, but was told the charge was denied despite the card being operational for other transactions. I entered an alternate card and had to place a call to request processing.
