GBGreat experience Placing the order was easy and straightforward. All automated delivery status was welcome. I would have liked a direct confirmation from the vendor. Payment was not straightforward. I had entered my credit card, but was told the charge was denied despite the card being operational for other transactions. I entered an alternate card and had to place a call to request processing.

GBNot sure if it was the error on the… Not sure if it was the error on the actual restaurant’s behalf, but I specifically called to ensure there would be NO TUNA subs…. I got tuna subs anyway. :( Of course, no one ate them, so it was money wasted.

GBFood was absolutely amazing Food was absolutely amazing. I’m from out of town and ordered lunch for my clients office staff. They loved it and appreciated the extra menus as many will be taking their families to the restaurant. Delivery was on time/early and included everything.

GBChange of lunch time. We had a last-minute agenda change that altered the time of our lunch break. EZ cater took care of contacting the restaurant and changing our delivery time while I set up for the all-day meeting. Very helpful!
