GBFor a person on the run, these meals are AMAZING! Slightly more expensive than I’d expect, yet the meals along with their flavor additions (shakers) are very good. Completely filling and satisfying, and save me so much time as a single dad and owner of 3 businesses. I can grab one, and 3 minutes later I’m eating and out the door. They are very flavorful, well thought out calorie wise and carb wise. I’ll be a customer for many years to come.

GBI'm college and decided to try icon out… I'm college and decided to try icon out since I could pick exactly what I wanted with the macros I needed with the custom meals. Figured it would be better then the dining hall food, for my physique goals. Little pricey but when you compare it to the meal plan prices it was just a bit more and it has definitely been worth it. Cancelled my school meal plan after the first week I tried icon. Helped me get back on track with my diet and goals, and stopped me from having my weight fluctuate week to week. Also super convenient with classes, just gotta throw it in the microwave and I usually add some extra greens and I'm set

GBLife Saver for Busy Families! Life Saver for Busy Families! Our entire family loves using Icon Meals. As a mom with 4 kids, it saves me a ton of time and allows me more flexibility to spend my hours elsewhere (not having to cook as much) The meals taste great and are a healthy option for my family, which I'm even more appreciative of with all the junk options these days. GBMom of 3 - Highly Recommend! My fitness coach (Nathalia Melo) recommended Icon Meals when I was struggling with cooking for myself and my toddlers. I didn’t have time or energy to make elaborate meals - or sit and weigh chicken all day. I ordered Icon Meals for myself and hubby (and he is very hard to please). Needless to say - we loved all the meals. And my hubby loves being able to grab and go these meals for lunches. I’ve been eating 2500 calories while breastfeeding and still losing weight - thanks to the convenience of Icon Meals. Helps me stay on track - while focusing on other aspects of my life.

GBMust for flight crew and road warriors As a flight attendant, healthy eating can be a huge challenge, ICON Meals is such a blessing. I freeze the majority of my meals and take them on my work trips. They reheat easily in the microwave or as they defrost, they reheat nicely in a hot logic. The taste is on point just as if they were freshly made and I’m never disappointed. Customer service is fantastic. Can’t thank y’all enough!
