Not a good experience! Third time to order. First 2 times food was decent. On the third order I put meals immediately in the freezer. Pulled out the Salmon, Saffron Rice & Green Beans dinner and cooked according to directions. Woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. Won’t be ordering again.

Life Saver for Busy Families! Life Saver for Busy Families! Our entire family loves using Icon Meals. As a mom with 4 kids, it saves me a ton of time and allows me more flexibility to spend my hours elsewhere (not having to cook as much) The meals taste great and are a healthy option for my family, which I'm even more appreciative of with all the junk options these days. Mom of 3 - Highly Recommend! My fitness coach (Nathalia Melo) recommended Icon Meals when I was struggling with cooking for myself and my toddlers. I didn’t have time or energy to make elaborate meals - or sit and weigh chicken all day. I ordered Icon Meals for myself and hubby (and he is very hard to please). For a person on the run, these meals are AMAZING! Slightly more expensive than I’d expect, yet the meals along with their flavor additions (shakers) are very good. Completely filling and satisfying, and save me so much time as a single dad and owner of 3 businesses. I can grab one, and 3 minutes later I’m eating and out the door. They are very flavorful, well thought out calorie wise and carb wise. I’ll be a customer for many years to come.

ICON meals is a serious life saver ICON meals is a serious life saver. I hate cooking every week and on top of that I have high blood pressure. ICON is one of the very few meal delivery services that are ACTUALLY healthy. By being able to create custom meal plans this company has legit saved my life by taking stress off of me and allowing me to eat truly nutritious food. I used Trifecta before and they just had to much sodium for me. The only complaint I really see about ICON is their lack of flavor and to me that is a huge positive, this is what helps keep the sodium level down and know I am eating properly. I can't say enough about this service
