I'm college and decided to try icon out… I'm college and decided to try icon out since I could pick exactly what I wanted with the macros I needed with the custom meals. Figured it would be better then the dining hall food, for my physique goals. Little pricey but when you compare it to the meal plan prices it was just a bit more and it has definitely been worth it. Cancelled my school meal plan after the first week I tried icon. Helped me get back on track with my diet and goals, and stopped me from having my weight fluctuate week to week. Also super convenient with classes, just gotta throw it in the microwave and I usually add some extra greens and I'm set

Saving Time and Eating Well Amazing tasting meals with all the macros printed plain to see. This makes knowing exactly what your consuming much easier which is so helpful when it comes to dialing in your diet. The saying “you can’t out-train a bad diet” is absolutely true, and Icon meals helps sort that out for those of with limited time. As a father, my time with my son is paramount and meal prep no longer cuts into that precious time. If you’re on the fence, order Mike O’Hearn’s Titan burrito (as if you needed any more of a ringing endorsement) and I’m pretty sure you’ll be back ordering a full weeks supply!

These meals are fantastic; great value- money & convenience. These meals are fantastic. They are flavorful and meet my macros needs. I know some will say they are expensive; but my time is valuable. I like I can take one out of the freezer and to the office with me in the morning, it's easily defrosted by lunch, 2-3 minutes in the microwave and I'm ready to eat. I also appreciate the first responder discount. This beats the pants off every other meal delivery company out there. I don't have to think, I just heat and eat.

The best pre made meals! My trainer suggested Icon Meals as a great option to help with meal prepping since my life had gotten busy and I live in a rural area. Icon meals has delicious options that allow me to stay on plan and get delivered directly to my door! I have passed on the website to two friends already and they are excited to try the meals as well!

Not a good experience! Third time to order. First 2 times food was decent. On the third order I put meals immediately in the freezer. Pulled out the Salmon, Saffron Rice & Green Beans dinner and cooked according to directions. Woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. Won’t be ordering again.
