GBNot a good experience! Third time to order. First 2 times food was decent. On the third order I put meals immediately in the freezer. Pulled out the Salmon, Saffron Rice & Green Beans dinner and cooked according to directions. Woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. Won’t be ordering again.

GBThe best pre made meals! My trainer suggested Icon Meals as a great option to help with meal prepping since my life had gotten busy and I live in a rural area. Icon meals has delicious options that allow me to stay on plan and get delivered directly to my door! I have passed on the website to two friends already and they are excited to try the meals as well!

GBI would like a way to re-order a… Meals are great!! What I like the most is that I can customize my own meals based on the macronutrients that I need for the phase I am currently on (bulking, shredding, etc.) My only complain is about the website. I would like a way to quickly re-order a previous fullfilled order, so I dont have to select all the items again one by one. Also, I would like the Delivery Date to show on the Order History section. This way I know that the date I selected has been acknowledged in the system.

GBLove it - Great food and competitive price I’ve tried a few meal prep companies, varying prices and quality — Icon is my favorite by far and is great quality for a competitive price! The spices and sauces deff help with things like reheated veggies and are a great addition. Also appreciate the Mil / First Responder discount! Highly recommend giving this a try if you’re trying to up your meal game.

GBI'm addicted to the ground… I'm addicted to the ground Bison,,,,,very well seasoned and better than I can make at home from raw Bison (I've tried many times) To save on cost I buy the ground Bison by the pound and then cook 2-3 cups of brown rice and frozen mixed vegetables and toss all together adding a little seasonings. Depending on the amount of brown rice and mixed veggies i use i get 5-6 9 ox servings per one pound $26 of Bison. Brings the cost way way down
