Love it - Great food and competitive price I’ve tried a few meal prep companies, varying prices and quality — Icon is my favorite by far and is great quality for a competitive price! The spices and sauces deff help with things like reheated veggies and are a great addition. Also appreciate the Mil / First Responder discount! Highly recommend giving this a try if you’re trying to up your meal game.

These meals are fantastic; great value- money & convenience. These meals are fantastic. They are flavorful and meet my macros needs. I know some will say they are expensive; but my time is valuable. I like I can take one out of the freezer and to the office with me in the morning, it's easily defrosted by lunch, 2-3 minutes in the microwave and I'm ready to eat. I also appreciate the first responder discount. This beats the pants off every other meal delivery company out there. I don't have to think, I just heat and eat.

Life Saver for Busy Families! Life Saver for Busy Families! Our entire family loves using Icon Meals. As a mom with 4 kids, it saves me a ton of time and allows me more flexibility to spend my hours elsewhere (not having to cook as much) The meals taste great and are a healthy option for my family, which I'm even more appreciative of with all the junk options these days. I'm college and decided to try icon out… I'm college and decided to try icon out since I could pick exactly what I wanted with the macros I needed with the custom meals. Figured it would be better then the dining hall food, for my physique goals. Little pricey but when you compare it to the meal plan prices it was just a bit more and it has definitely been worth it. Cancelled my school meal plan after the first week I tried icon. Helped me get back on track with my diet and goals, and stopped me from having my weight fluctuate week to week. Also super convenient with classes, just gotta throw it in the microwave and I usually add some extra greens and I'm set

ICON meals is a serious life saver ICON meals is a serious life saver. I hate cooking every week and on top of that I have high blood pressure. ICON is one of the very few meal delivery services that are ACTUALLY healthy. By being able to create custom meal plans this company has legit saved my life by taking stress off of me and allowing me to eat truly nutritious food. I used Trifecta before and they just had to much sodium for me. The only complaint I really see about ICON is their lack of flavor and to me that is a huge positive, this is what helps keep the sodium level down and know I am eating properly. I can't say enough about this service
