GBFor a person on the run, these meals are AMAZING! Slightly more expensive than I’d expect, yet the meals along with their flavor additions (shakers) are very good. Completely filling and satisfying, and save me so much time as a single dad and owner of 3 businesses. I can grab one, and 3 minutes later I’m eating and out the door. They are very flavorful, well thought out calorie wise and carb wise. I’ll be a customer for many years to come.

GBICON meals is a serious life saver ICON meals is a serious life saver. I hate cooking every week and on top of that I have high blood pressure. ICON is one of the very few meal delivery services that are ACTUALLY healthy. By being able to create custom meal plans this company has legit saved my life by taking stress off of me and allowing me to eat truly nutritious food. I used Trifecta before and they just had to much sodium for me. The only complaint I really see about ICON is their lack of flavor and to me that is a huge positive, this is what helps keep the sodium level down and know I am eating properly. I can't say enough about this service

GBLove it - Great food and competitive price I’ve tried a few meal prep companies, varying prices and quality — Icon is my favorite by far and is great quality for a competitive price! The spices and sauces deff help with things like reheated veggies and are a great addition. Also appreciate the Mil / First Responder discount! Highly recommend giving this a try if you’re trying to up your meal game.

This makes knowing exactly what your consuming much easier which is so helpful when it comes to dialing in your diet. The saying “you can’t out-train a bad diet” is absolutely true, and Icon meals helps sort that out for those of with limited time. As a father, my time with my son is paramount and meal prep no longer cuts into that precious time. If you’re on the fence, order Mike O’Hearn’s Titan burrito (as if you needed any more of a ringing endorsement) and I’m pretty sure you’ll be back ordering a full weeks supply!
