Hi Ed, Hi Ed, Christmas preparation and planning are enough stress without having to endure set backs, like constantly checking on old orders. You personally placed my order on Dec, 3rd and it was to ship last week and did not. I spoke to you again this past weekend and again, you promised to send me a tracking number. I can't keep sweating this gift being sent. I just read the reviews online and one would think that the ball would be moving smoothly by now. Recently I purchased several different products for myself and I could not be happier. Everything is tasty and simple to prepare. Kids especially love all the different choices!

Yummy soups and lovely customer service! Had a little trouble with shipping at holiday time but I can't really blame it on the company .. Shipper might have been the problem I don't know- but 'besdamsoup certainly corrected the problem by sending me a whole new order, and the lovely woman on the phone I spoke with several times, so apologetic and helpful. I told her that the mushroom soup I serve at Christmas is never totally gone out of the pot...but this year it was 👍🏻👏😃!! My guests thoroughly enjoyed it. Lobster bisque awesome! I now have several other soups in my freezer ready to try.

Just the way grandma use to make! Due to dental surgery, I couldn’t really chew solid foods; my office daughter gave me a gift card to DesDamSoup. I order the Vegetable, Navy Bean and Chicken (extremely tender) Soup with pasta and all of the soups were delicious. As I was enjoying the "Moment" it took me back to a time when I wasn't feeling well, my grandmother would make a bowl of soup, and said "This will make you feel better." And it did. Thanks to my office daughter and DesDamSoup for taking me back in time for a very special memory.

A delicious alternative to the same old gift basket... A delicious product and a welcome change from the usual gift basket or meat gift for loved ones during the holidays. Customer service and communication have been excellent. The owner, Ed, takes personal responsibility for customer service and takes care of his customers in a way that is rare in this day and age of out-sourced "service". Don't be surprised if the owner calls you himself to discuss your order... that is the way he does things.
