GBFuture POS was great in transitioning… Future POS was great in transitioning us to the new credit card system. There were a few problems with the connection at first, but they were right on top of it and solved the issues immediately. As a restaurant owner & operator, it can be very frustrating when things are working properly during a busy Friday night, but they are always there for us 24/7 which is what I love about the company. GBBest Staff and Owner I have been dealing with the staff and Jeff, for over 3 yrs now all have been exceptional. By far this is the best company of have had the experience of doing business with, Well orientated in the business willing to go the extra mile to ensure all systems are up and running. I am on the East Coast they are on the west and still get things done very quickly.

GBI sure wish you had a series of videos… I sure wish you had a series of videos to show us some of the secrets of the POS software like how to prevent employees from clocking in early. Also, sometimes the wait to correct a charge is very long. We also do not receive emails to confirm the correction to the credit card problems that we call in. Mercury did send emails with a transaction code.

GBFuture POS is by far the best POS… Future POS is by far the best POS system that I've worked with. It is reliable and user friendly, as well as reasonably priced. Our local technicians at Fitzhugh Communications are very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Future POS and Fitzhugh Communications to anyone.

PHBest POS Top of the line equipments. Great service. They always make sure they get to the bottomline of the issues. Very polite technicians. One time they couldn't fix it, immediately went to our store to check it in person no extra charge. Definitely would recommend. Best aftersales ever!!!
