Future POS was great in transitioning… Future POS was great in transitioning us to the new credit card system. There were a few problems with the connection at first, but they were right on top of it and solved the issues immediately. As a restaurant owner & operator, it can be very frustrating when things are working properly during a busy Friday night, but they are always there for us 24/7 which is what I love about the company. We use Positive in multiple locations, we have used other companies in the past, the difference with Future is that they seem to truly understand how restaurants actually work!
