Great product! Hi. I have purchased the Elk products for my dog's joints via the web site twice now and have received my packages within a day or two. I would suggest an update to your web site, it's hard to navigate and order and I almost gave up the first time. Also, would be nice to have an email sent stating that the order has been received and then that it's shipped. I didn't receive an email confirming order or shipping either time I have ordered but the product arrives quickly and has helped my German Shorthair keep running and jumping around like a much younger dog.

Recieved a gift certificate for $100… Recieved a gift certificate for $100 and didn't use it right away. When I found it and tried to order I was told that their policy is a two year expiration date for gift certificates.Federal Law states five years and nowhere on the certificate or the web site do they state this policy. When I stated this to them they said for private business they can do whatever they want....so basically they stole $100 and lost a future customer. Great business practice!!!

GREAT value. We always buy our deer and moose antlers through Elk USA. The value cannot be beat. Both of my dogs love the antlers and we end up spending so much less buying in bulk than we would buying singularly in a pet store or even online on discount sites like DoggyLoot and Groupon. The antlers we receive are always exactly as described in length and weight. They are carefully rounded or clipped to make sure they are safe for our pups. The product never has an odor, never stains, and lasts a long time, even with my VERY heavy chewer pit bull. I would never bother buying antlers another way again.

Order arrived in good shape I placed my order and it missed coming to my home by one day because the address had been messed up so I drove down to the UPS office and pick it up. When I got it I was surprised at how well it was wrapped and how it would stay frozen for another 2 days or more, so I could have waited one more day for normal deliver.
