Great products, efficient and friendly service! Love shopping at Elk USA/Grande Meats!! They have the most AMAZING collection of antlers of all sizes and at unbeatable prices! Also, an impressive supply of exotic meats. The team is very friendly and communicates really well. This past winter I ordered meat a couple of times and there were delays and changes due to the snowstorms. Elk USA called me several times to re-arrange the shipment and gave me accurate information. Very friendly and high quality with wide selection of meats Very friendly and helpful staff called me to help with my order and gave me all the details about my order and helped me to save money with the shipping all the way to Florida. My package arrived today in excellent shape.. everything still frozen, clean, and intact with a lovely new calendar 😊 this will be my go-to place for game meat as I’ve had at least 2 orders from fossil farms that came with blood leaking in their packages before. Yes the shipping is expensive but that is because of the UPS charges and not the company’s fault. I happily ordered a few more packs to make the shipping charges worth it and I am thrilled with the quality of my items 🥰

Awesome. Buy in bulk! Dependable shipping method. We bought 40lbs and had it three day ground shipped to NYC. My fingers almost fell off loading into freezer from how ice cold the meat was. We are now frequent buyers. Pricey but healthier than factory farm. Buy in bulk!

Bison from Elkusa no. Go to Sayersbrook Yesterday I placed an order for Bison Sampler. Elk states will call with order confirmation number shipping info. Never received a call. I called today to follow up. When I enquired regarding shipping, they stated shipping would be over $100 for 2 day delivery. I cancelled order and placed it with Sayersbrook, free shipping and added Elk. Immediately received receipt/ confirmation. Will continue to buy from Sayersbrook. Awesome service.

Good stuff! Much better prices compared to pet stores, larger sized antlers than stores, speedy delivery. Will order from Elk USA again in the near future, would certainly recommend them.
