Bison from Elkusa no. Go to Sayersbrook Yesterday I placed an order for Bison Sampler. Elk states will call with order confirmation number shipping info. Never received a call. I called today to follow up. When I enquired regarding shipping, they stated shipping would be over $100 for 2 day delivery. I cancelled order and placed it with Sayersbrook, free shipping and added Elk. Immediately received receipt/ confirmation. Will continue to buy from Sayersbrook. Awesome service.

Awesome. Buy in bulk! Dependable shipping method. We bought 40lbs and had it three day ground shipped to NYC. My fingers almost fell off loading into freezer from how ice cold the meat was. We are now frequent buyers. Pricey but healthier than factory farm. Buy in bulk!

Order arrived in good shape I placed my order and it missed coming to my home by one day because the address had been messed up so I drove down to the UPS office and pick it up. When I got it I was surprised at how well it was wrapped and how it would stay frozen for another 2 days or more, so I could have waited one more day for normal deliver.

My dog says thank you! My vet recommended using Dawgeez. My dog has a spinal cord injury and experiences discomfort daily. Great product! Hi. I have purchased the Elk products for my dog's joints via the web site twice now and have received my packages within a day or two. I would suggest an update to your web site, it's hard to navigate and order and I almost gave up the first time. Also, would be nice to have an email sent stating that the order has been received and then that it's shipped. I didn't receive an email confirming order or shipping either time I have ordered but the product arrives quickly and has helped my German Shorthair keep running and jumping around like a much younger dog.
