Love Crustology! Love Crustology! Their OG has always been my favorite. I don’t feel guilty eating pizza and I can be as creative or as boring with my toppings because their crusts are so delicious. Great products and customer service, they have never let me down.

A Wisconsin Surprise! A Wisconsin Surprise! Have to admit I was not expecting anything all that great. I watched you on Fox6 one morning and thought... hey I'll surprise everyone with one of your crusts. With our own toppings added it was quick, light, crispy, tasty, and exciting! A suppertime hit with the family! After eating the OG crust, I can't wait to try the beer crust! Thank you!!

Great premade crusts-GF needs a little… Great premade crusts-GF needs a little advert The crusts are great if you want to put something on a premade crust. They are thin - not extra thin but about as close as you can get premade. They all are tasty and I've used them for different type of recipes based on the crust type. The Gluten Free ones will not make a week in a fridge (or at least ours that hovers in the 35-38F zone). I kept them for 5 days unopened and then noticed them cracking. This is typical of GF. I frroze them and then thawed before using. They tasted great but the cracks do create a little challenge). I would suggest advertising for GF, if you can freeze, always freeze unless using the same day. GF is fussy. However, the taste and crunch is where you need it to be for the thinness. We do make our own and look to make the Chicago cracker crusts, have our own pizza over as well. I would give 4.5 stars for premade but only whole ratings are allowed and I have to dig the GF advert of a week.

So Good! I am not exaggerating when I say we have Crustology pizza almost weekly. The small crusts are the perfect size for me and the big ones for my husband. The crust is always crispy and perfectly cooked and stands up to the loads of veggies I throw on there. My favorite? sauce, small mounds of ricotta, turkey pepperoni, mushroom and spices cooked and then topped with fresh dressed arugula. YUM

I’m a believer I was a bit skeptical at first. It’s hard to have a tasty crust that’s both higher in protein and lower in carbs. But Crustology has done it! Nice taste, good crispness, and I get a whole mini to myself.
