So Good! I am not exaggerating when I say we have Crustology pizza almost weekly. The small crusts are the perfect size for me and the big ones for my husband. The crust is always crispy and perfectly cooked and stands up to the loads of veggies I throw on there. My favorite? sauce, small mounds of ricotta, turkey pepperoni, mushroom and spices cooked and then topped with fresh dressed arugula. YUM

We cook ours on a couple of different stones - the skins are incredibly easy to move around the oven with a pizza paddle so you can get everything cooked to perfection. Crust has a lovely almost al dente sense - clean break with a little give.
