GBterrible customer service and products… terrible customer service and products Stuck cups inside of each other and you;dnt get them apart had to threw away all of them ~ tired everything and they send me some advice that was useless. And never refunded or replaced the damage goods . upon trying to pull them apart I sliced my hand as well.

GBI ordered hot coffee cups in yellow I ordered hot coffee cups in yellow. I had a very hard time finding cups with great ratings and in a nice color. Restaurantware had great ratings and the perfect yellow color. My order was delivered promptly and I love these! I am using them for a themed bridal shower and they are just what I was hoping for!!!

GBAfter the pain Restaurantware.com gave… After the pain Restaurantware.com gave me for a simple return, Restaurant ware.com wants me to rate my satisfaction with this company? I don't think so.Restaurantware.com deserves a minus star. I sent six emails and proof that the company I purchased the item from was not responsible for the return, Restaurantware.com took over a week before sending me a return label, That could have easily been done with my initial email. Therefore, I will not recommend nor will I be shopping with Restaurantware.com again.

TCIt was the quick shipping and continued… It was the quick shipping and continued updates about products and similar items or items that compliment each other. I use a freight forwarding service to ship my items outside the USA and only 1 box/package did not have any labels.
