Loved our expresso and coffee cups! I ordered the yellow expresso cups and yellow coffee cups to go with our lemon-themed party and they were both adorable and durable. Will definitely order from restaurantware for any other party in the future. We received the ordered faster than stayed which was awesome.

The table cloth is of great quality The table cloth is of great quality, unfortunately it did not fit our table, I measured wrong. That said the company provided an easy return option. I wanted to use it as a protector for our wood kitchen table from spills while still being able to see the table and had the sizing worked out, it would definitely have fit the bill.

terrible customer service and products… terrible customer service and products Stuck cups inside of each other and you;dnt get them apart had to threw away all of them ~ tired everything and they send me some advice that was useless. And never refunded or replaced the damage goods . upon trying to pull them apart I sliced my hand as well.

Excellent Customer Service I ordered a pepper grinder from Amazon and it arrived poorly packaged and damaged. Through Amazon, I contacted Restaurantware and they immediately addressed my complaint and sent me a new pepper grinder. In the future, I will skip Amazon and order directly from Restaurantware. I am very impressed by their customer service and the quality of their products.

Great service and products! Super-fast shipping and great customer service. When one of the items I ordered was damaged, they sent a replacement immediately as well as a pre-paid return shipping label. New item is perfect, as are all the other items I ordered! (I ordered measuring cups and spoons and a pepper grinder.)
