Won’t lay flat I got this desk pad because it was advertised as a desk pad. However, it has bumps and curls and will not lay flat, making it useless. That’s what I get for ordering online. Also, the shipping/handling charge was quite excessive.

After the pain Restaurantware.com gave… After the pain Restaurantware.com gave me for a simple return, Restaurant ware.com wants me to rate my satisfaction with this company? I don't think so.Restaurantware.com deserves a minus star. I sent six emails and proof that the company I purchased the item from was not responsible for the return, Restaurantware.com took over a week before sending me a return label, That could have easily been done with my initial email. Therefore, I will not recommend nor will I be shopping with Restaurantware.com again.

Great service and products! Super-fast shipping and great customer service. When one of the items I ordered was damaged, they sent a replacement immediately as well as a pre-paid return shipping label. New item is perfect, as are all the other items I ordered! (I ordered measuring cups and spoons and a pepper grinder.)

Excellent Customer Service I ordered a pepper grinder from Amazon and it arrived poorly packaged and damaged. Through Amazon, I contacted Restaurantware and they immediately addressed my complaint and sent me a new pepper grinder. In the future, I will skip Amazon and order directly from Restaurantware. I am very impressed by their customer service and the quality of their products.

candles are beautiful and look so… These candles are beautiful and look so realistic... used them for my daughters engagement party now will be using them for her weddings. So many compliments on these candles.. plus good quality and price. After the wedding will use in my home. Love them!!
