GBThe customer support team is terrible The customer support team is terrible. I have tried three different ways to contact them: emails, an online chatting window, and filling out the form on their website. But nobody responds to me. And their website is really hard to use. I cannot find the first delivery date anywhere on their website. The "deliveries" tab seems only to show the upcoming deliveries, but it does not match the date I scheduled when I placed the order. And their email system is also buggy. When I placed my order, the confirmation email told me that "Your meals will be delivered to you on Sat, Mar 19, 2022". However, Mar 19 is the date I placed the order, not the date I want my first delivery.

GBGreat meals I've been placing orders via Facebook Messenger for Dailycious as the website has been down. My husband loves the meals so much. He's been very pleased. So easy to reheat and eat! I wish I had more diabetic-friendly options that are within 30 g of carbs.

GBKosher lunch daily! Kosher lunch delivered to your door - what else one could wish for! And it’s delicious! No, seriously! Surprisingly good taste! Having a Mobile app would be great! One suggestion: once a dish is added to the cart, would be helpful to have it marked as ‘already added” or something like that.

GBSomehow it doesn’t seem to matter when… Somehow it doesn’t seem to matter when I go in and select my meals for the next order, magically on Sunday it changes to whatever it wants. I’ve reached out and spoken with them, and the system hasn’t been corrected.
