I like the price for everything I like the price for everything, especially the extras. What I don't care for is the quality of the meat, the beef is extremely tough and has to be cooked well done in order to be able to cut it. The chicken breasts are barely recognizable as breasts, they look like they were cut by an amateur, all mangled. I also miss getting all the ingredients that you get with some other programs, like a tablespoon of brown sugar or 3 oz of vinegar, it's always the little things that make or break something.

Service is just ok Service is just ok. Most of the meals are decent, but you are taking a chance with ingredients. Vegetables quite often arrive rotten. I have had two boxes out of the last four arrive with open protein bags. Makes quite a mess, along with making the open item unusable. You can report the issue, and they will credit you a few cents to a few dollars, depending on item. It may be more expensive to replace, but oh well. Along with the issue of having to clean everything else in the box. And reporting an issue doesn't make the issue go away. Time to try a different service.

They steal your money. Two weeks in a row my delivery was marked “unable to deliver” BEFORE THE DELIVERY DATE and NO ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL RESPOND OR TELL ME WHY OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THEY ARE THIEVES DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This service has good value, variety and predictability. This service has good, fresh food that’s almost always packed and delivered exactly as we would expect. We have come to rely on it and very much appreciate the service for its value and variety. Lately, we’ve had a couple of hiccups in delivery (missing items, smashed sauces) but overall, it’s really laudable. Kudos to Dinnerly!

Fun to experiment with Dinnerly They send good ingredients and make the recipes easy to follow with their big recipe cards. I like exploring new combinations of spices and seasonings they provide. Their packaging has improved a lot - mostly recyclable packaging.
