GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. I have spent almost $700 purchasing this chargers. The first shipment almost half of those plates were broken because they were not packaged properly. It took almost 2 weeks to receive a replacement and replacement were broken as well because they were not package property. No customer service is not answering my phone calls for answering my emails. After five days they finally answered my email. Day 27 and I still don’t have the plates not requesting to return them. Think twice before ordering with his company

GBSCAM business Terrible business. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau as a scam. I ordered disinfecting wipes almost three months ago and, under the circumstances, cut them some slack. However, I called their customer service line to check on the order status and waited almost an hour on hold for a representative. Nobody picked up. Then I chose the call back option and it rang back immediately! However, it put me on hold and I waited ANOTHER half hour. SCAM!

GBMISLEADING WEBSITE...YOU PAY FOR A CERTAIN ITEM DESCRIPTION AND YOU RECEIVE A TOTAL DIFFERENT PRODUCT. ITEM On June 2, 2020 I ordered a case of 12 Lysol Disinfectant Spray Cans that Kills 99.9% of VIRUSES & BACTERIA, mind you, this is exactly what Tiger Chef is advertising on their website. Rather I received a case of Lysol Neutra Air Sanitizing Sprays that only kills BACTERIA. I do not recommend website, they sold me something I never ordered. this should be treated as a crime as we are in critical times fighting a very scary and dangerous virus. it was not one can that I ordered, it was a case of 12 cans. I regret it!
