GBordered in May -still processing 6months later ordered in May -still "processing " order now 6months later.When ordered time frame was 6 weeks...now close to 6months..no communication..nothing shipped. When i have reached out-get short response saying products not in ..IT WAS ADVERTISED FOR SHIPMENT DATE ^ WEEKS_NOT MONTHS___they have hundreds of my dollars

GBClorox Order I am very disappointed in Tiger Chef right now. The company has taken the money out of my account and hasn't given me an estimated shipping date. I would not recommend anyone to order from them in the near future. If I don't get my merchandise or an estimated shipping date I am going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau for false advertisement. There are other things I can spend my hard earned money on.

GBEasy Breezy .... I recently purchased a 40 Qt stainless steel Winco pot from TigerChef and the entire process was nice and easy. If I need to purchase more items for my soap making I will remember TigerChef and the positive experience I had. BTY the pot fit perfectly in my custom made soap making pot tipper. That really makes me HAPPY!

GBDisappointing I was never notified of shipping status and had to inquire why it was taking so long -- upon asking, they finally reached out to the manufacturer and let me know of a delay. Once my order arrived, alas, I only received one of two items I ordered, and it was defective. I gave them 2/5 because I was granted a refund -- BUT this whole process and ordeal took well over 2 weeks for 2 simple items. Truly a disappointment.

GBAwesome Quality Ordred this hand guard to replace an OXO guard (the OXO guard was used for less than 9 months and the plastic chipped away onto sliced food - OXO would not respond to complaint). Did not know if this would work with OXO mandoline but ordered. LOVE IT -- 100% better quality than the OXO - especially since it is stainless and the fruit or veggie stays positioned much better in the mandoline. 5 stars!!!
